The effect of lower piston and molybdenum - lipid disulfide

The pile hammer produces a lot of heat when used. To ensure the normal operation of the pile hammer, the upper piston must be lubricated manually by adding molybdenum lithium sulfide to the lower piston every one hour according to the requirements of the product specification, in addition to the forced lubrication of the upper piston by the oil pump.

The functions of adding molybdenum-lithium bisulfide are as follows:

1. Reduce the friction between lower cylinder and upper piston;

2. Improve the sealing performance of piston and cylinder;

3. It can play the role of heat dissipation.

If we stick to the above three points, we can effectively extend the life of pile hammer.
